Land lease
The land lease is a lease contract in agriculture . It is a two-pecuniary interest of debt contract , through which a lot with his management serving residential and commercial buildings (operating) or a plot of land is leased without such buildings mainly for agriculture. The § 585 to § 597 German Civil Code (BGB) rules specifically applicable to the land lease rights and obligations of the lessee and lessor . There are also special regulations in the Land Lease Traffic Act .
