Chamber in Barnehøi

The Langdysse of Landbogård (also called Barnehøi, Landbogaard) is located in Kettinge, near the road to Frejlev on the island of Lolland in Denmark . It is a megalithic complex of the funnel beaker culture (TBK) and was created between 3500 and 2800 BC. Chr.

The Langdysse, which used to have two chambers, is located in an east-west oriented rectangular hill about 29 m long, 7.8 m wide and 1.3 m high. The curbs on the north and south long sides are almost completely preserved, although rarely in situ . The hill is plowed to about 9.0 m in the west and 7.0 m in the east. In the west, an old row of curbs (2 stones) runs across the hill across the longitudinal axis. All curbs are relatively large.

The western chamber is a 1.75 × 0.75 m measuring, recessed rectangular prehistoric dolmen with four bearing stones, some of which are strongly inclined inwards. The capstone is missing. The eastern chamber has not been preserved.
