Late Trading ( Engl. For "later trade") is a technical term in securities trading , which the forbidden practice of fund companies describes preferred large investors even after close of trading shares to the already foreseeable closing price of the current day to allow, although such buy orders handled the course of the next day would have to be.

Late trading has been illegal in the USA since 1968, but has nonetheless repeatedly caused financial scandals , especially in connection with time zone arbitrage.
