Le Roy, Talma & Bosco

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Le Roy, Talma & Bosco , also known as The Comedians de Mephisto Co. or The Monarchs of Magic , was a partnership of magicians who gave a joint stage show. The group consisted of the Belgian Servais Le Roy (1865-1953), his wife, the English trick artist Mercedes Talma (1861-1944), and originally the comedic manipulator Leon Bosco, who, however, left the group after a few years.

Bosco's stage portion was performed by seven other artists in the years that followed, all presented as Bosco , including Le Roy's nephew, Gene Le Roy.
