The Legero shoe factory mbH (proper spelling: LEGERO ) is an Austrian shoe manufacturer headquartered in Graz .

Chairman of the board is Stefan Stolitzka, who took over the company in 1994 through a management buy-out . The German Ara AG took a 49.9% stake in Legero in 1997; the remaining 50.1% remained in the possession of the Stolitzka family. The products are sold under the names Legero (lightweight shoes) and Superfit (children's shoes). In 2001 the Upper Austrian Marko Schuh GmbH was taken over, whereby the product portfolio was replaced by the Think! was expanded.

Legero produces in its own factories in Hungary and Romania and employs around 1000 people.
