Handlebar

Handlebar is a term used for rod-shaped parts on devices on which something is " steered ". This is common for the following items, which are also labeled otherwise:

• Tie rods on vehicle steering systems
• Towing drawbars for towed vehicles
• Steering drawbar of children's vehicles and work vehicles
• Handlebar for stunt kites (Controlbar or Kitebar)
• Handlebars on motorcycles, bicycle handlebars
• the rod attached vertically to the front wheel of scooters that carries the handlebars
• Handlebar for adjustment on helicopter wings
• Handlebar for adjustment on large parasols
