Leontios Theotokites

Leontios Theotokites , Greek Λεόντιος Θεοτοκίτης , was Patriarch of Constantinople (1189).

Life

There is no information about the person of Leontios. In February 1189 Dositheus was proposed by Jerusalem as patriarch, after the end of September / beginning of October 1189 he was elected. Leontios held the office of patriarch in the intervening months.
