Nicetas II. Muntanes
Nicetas II. Muntanes (Greek Νικήτας Β΄ Μουντάνης ) was Patriarch of Constantinople (1186–1189).
Life
Nicetas was a deacon and sacellarius . In February 1186 he became Patriarch of Constantinople. In February 1189 he had to give up his office, probably because of mental incapacity.
The year of his death is unknown.
