Leonardo Bernini (verifiably from 1705 to 1737 in Florence ) was an Italian sculptor .

Leonardo Bernini's origins and training are unknown. He is mentioned for the first time around 1705 in the pictorial work of the Medici in Florence, the Arazzeria Medicea , from 1717 he worked there in the workshop of Antonio Bronconi . Between 1719 and 1730 the multi-part carpet series "Four Parts of the World" was created under his supervision, and from 1728 to 1734 the series "Four Elements". In his workshop between 1721 and 1731 he also created a “Landscape with Trees” and another “Landscape with Trees and a View of the Sea”. Around 1733/34 a "robbery of Proserpina" followed and in 1737 a "fall of Phaeton". After 1737 the trace of Bernini is lost.
