Li Xiaoran
Li Xiaoran ( Chinese 李小冉 , Pinyin Lǐ Xiǎorǎn ; born May 8, 1978 in Beijing ) is a Chinese actress .
life and work
Li Xiaoran started her career as a dancer at the Beijing Dance Academy, then worked as a photo model and posed in various photo shoots for Chinese magazines. Then she used her degree of fame, switched to acting and took her first smaller roles in national television productions. Appearances on popular television series and soap operas followed, making her popular across the country.
In 2005 she played the lead role for the first time in an international film production, in Dai Sijie's The Daughters of the Chinese Gardener , alongside Mylène Jampanoï .
