In Switzerland, payment is the term used to describe the payment of subscribed company shares ( shares or bonds ).

The shareholders acquire shares in the assets of a legal person through payment . In the case of shares, one speaks of partial or full liberation, depending on whether only a partial amount or the entire amount is paid in on the nominal value of the shares.
