libinput is the library for managing input devices at Weston , the Wayland reference implementation. libinput can also be used as a generic X.Org input driver ( xf86-input-libinput
). In the future, the X.Org- touchpad driver evdev
, synaptics
and wacom
be replaced by libinput.
In Fedora version 22 and later, libinput is used as the default input library.
Version 1.1 brought support for various mouse cursor acceleration profiles , while version 1.3 brought full support for graphics tablets .
