Library of Aboriginal American Literature

Library of Aboriginal American Literature ("Library of the literature of the Native American") is a 1882-1890 by the American archaeologist and ethnologist Daniel Garrison Brinton (1837-1899) edited and published collection of works by Native Americans. Eight volumes were published. It is considered to be an important contribution to the science of anthropology in America. Volumes 2 and 4 were edited by Horatio Hale and Albert Samuel Gatschet , respectively .
