Lietuvos institutas ( Institute of Lithuania ) is a cultural institute in Lithuania . This is a public institution ( viešoji įstaiga ) and was founded in 2001 by the Ministry of Culture of Lithuania , Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania , and the Ministry of Education of Lithuania .
