Limonana

Limonana (לימונענע) is a drink with an intense mint flavor that is widely used in Israel . The name is made up of the Hebrew words for lemon (לימון) and mint (נענע). During preparation, chopped mint leaves are pureed in a blender along with lemon or lime juice, water, sugar and ice.
