Linoleum cement
Linoleum cement is the name for the mass of oxidatively polymerized linseed oil ( linoxin ) and natural resins ( rosin , copal and alternatively dammar ), which forms an essential part of linoleum .
The linoleum cement makes up about 40% of the total mass, 60% is accounted for by the fillers and therefore wood and cork flour as organic and limestone powder and pigments as inorganic components. The carrier material, usually jute fabric, makes up the smallest part of the total mass with only about one percent.
