Lithuanian Commission for Administrative Disputes

The Lithuanian Commission for Administrative Disputes (lit. Lietuvos administracinių ginčų komisija , LAGK ) is an authority in Lithuania . It is not subject to any authority and is responsible for administrative disputes. The commission consists of five members. It is the pre-litigation organization that deals with disputes between individuals (organizations) and administrative authorities. The Commission is not a judicial authority. A complaint against the commission can be submitted in writing to the Vilnius District Administrative Court within 20 days of receiving the decision . The institution Vyriausioji administracinių ginčų komisija (VAGK) was established in 1999 under the Lithuanian Administrative Disputes Act ( Administracinių bylų teisenos įstatymas and Administracinių ginčų komisijų įstatymas ). Since January 2nd, she has been Lietuvos administracinių ginčų komisija .
