Liu Changchun

Liu Changchun Chinese  刘长春 (born October 25, 1909 , † March 25, 1983 ) was a Chinese short-distance runner. He was the first Chinese from what was then the Republic of China to take part in the Olympic Games . He started at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles in the 100-meter and 200-meter run and was eliminated in the preliminary run.

He later taught at Dalian Technical University .
