Lockheed XC-35
The Lockheed XC-35 is a twin-engine experimental aircraft with a pressurized cabin . It was the second aircraft of American origin to be equipped with a pressurized cabin.
history
The first flight took place on May 7, 1937. An altitude of 30,000 ft (approx. 9,140 m) could be reached with two or three passengers . In 1948 the plane was taken to a Smithsonian Institution museum .
