Loco Moco

Loco Moco is a Hawaiian dish.

There are numerous variations, but basically the dish consists of white rice with a meatball , a fried egg and brown gravy. The variations can include, for example, bacon , ham, breakfast meat, (kālua) pork, linguiça (sausage), teriyaki beef / chicken, shrimp or oysters .
