Lutter saddle

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Lutterer Saddle is a geological saddle structure around Lutter am Barenberge or the Lutter basin . The center of the saddle has been cleared out by erosion processes and is lower than the edges, which, due to more weather-resistant rocks, e.g. T. form steep layer ridges.
