Munich contract manual

The Munich Contract Handbook is a multi-volume legal specialist publication that contains contract models. It is now in its 7th edition by CH Beck . In reviews it was called the standard work for drafting contracts.

The sixth edition of the Munich Contract Manual consists of six volumes, each with over 1,000 pages. The complete work currently consists of the following parts: Company Law (Vol. 1); Business Law (Vol. 2-4); Civil law (Vol. 5, 6).

Each volume contains systematically arranged sample contracts that have been drawn up by different editors. In addition, the work contains design variants and information on references under European law as well as tax, antitrust, fee and cost law.

The editors are Martin Heidenhain, Rolf A. Schütze, Lutz Weipert and Gerrit Langenfeld.
