MM7

MM7 is the interface between the multimedia message service center of a mobile network operator and a provider of value-added services (English value-added service provider ).

The MM7 interface defines how MMS messages can be exchanged between the other provider and the mobile phone user. MM7 messages are transmitted using SOAP over HTTP and are encoded in XML . The MM7 interface is defined in the 3GPP specification TS 23.140.
