Macintosh Quadra 800

The Macintosh Quadra 800 was sold by Apple Computer from May 1992 to October 1995 . The computer was delivered with the 68040 processor from Motorola . 8 banks with 72-pin SIMMs were provided for the memory . The memory expansion was up to max. 136 MB possible (8 MB soldered on). The following components were built into the Quadra: 1.4 MB drive, hard disk, 5 NuBus slots, 1 PDS slot , audio output, 2 serial interfaces. The Quadra was shipped with MacOS 7.1.
