Macleay Island is an uninhabited island in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is 33.8 kilometers from mainland Australia.
The island is 4.6 kilometers long, 820 meters wide and about 330 hectares in size. South of the island is the smaller Crabbe Island .
There are several sandy beaches spread over the island. There is a lake in the north.
