The madrigal is a type of cheese from the Loire Valley in central France .

Manufacturing

It is made from cow's milk and falls into the group of semi-hard cheeses . Its taste is mild and nutty, similar to a Maasdammer . The fat content in dry matter is 50%. The manufacturer is the Lactalis company . It is sold under the main brand Président .
