Magnus Andersson (born April 23, 1958 ) is a former Swedish football player .
career
Andersson played for Malmö FF in the 1970s and 1980s . The greatest success in addition to several championships and cup wins was reaching the final for the European Cup in 1978/79 , which was lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest .
Andersson was a Swedish international . He took part with the country selection in the 1978 World Cup, which was disappointing for the team and ended after the first group stage.
