Mamprusi

The Mamprusi (English Mamprussi ) are a people from the West African states of Ghana and Togo , who are also called Manpelle . Around 229,000 Mamprusi live in Ghana and around 11,000 in Togo. In Ghana, the Mamprusi mainly live in Gambaga in the northwest of the Northern Region .

The language of the Mamprusi is called Mampruli .
