Deficiency calculation

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

With the help of a deficiency calculation, the share in German maintenance law is calculated that a person liable for maintenance has to pay for each individual person entitled to maintenance if he cannot guarantee the subsistence level for all entitled persons .

One speaks of a deficiency if the income is insufficient to cover the needs of the person liable for maintenance and the dependents of equal rank. In the event of a deficiency, the distribution amount remaining after deducting the necessary personal requirements (deductible) of the person liable for maintenance is to be evenly distributed among the persons entitled to maintenance in proportion to their respective stake amounts.

The factors of the respective beneficiaries result from the Düsseldorf table .
