  • Bürk Mangolt , Austrian composer of the 15th century
  • Caspar Mangolt (1590–1667), German cloth maker and councilor in Nuremberg
  • Gregor Mangolt (1498 – around 1580), German chronicler, former priest, bookseller and publisher
  • Johannes Mangolt (1467–1531), German town clerk in Schwäbisch Hall
