Marcel Schweder (born January 22, 1971 in Minden ) is a German composer .

He mainly composes music for film and radio play productions .

Marcel Schweder has primarily specialized in the composition of orchestral instrumental music and is influenced above all by the masters of the late Romantic symphonic (Mahler, Sibelius, etc.) and Impressionism (such as Debussy and Ravel).

Since 1999, Schweder has worked as a composer for numerous media productions, including films, theater plays, radio plays, audio books and other media projects. In addition to working on film and radio play projects, the composer works on his works for the concert hall.
