Career

Marquinhos began his career at Atlético Mineiro , where he played from 1986 to 1991. In 1992 he switched to SC Internacional . In 1994 he switched to Cerezo Osaka . He contributed to winning the Japan Football League (2nd division) in 1994 . In 1997 he switched to América Mineiro . In 1998 he ended his playing career.
