Marcus Cornelius Scipio Maluginensis from the branch of Scipio from the gene of Cornelius was a Roman politician.
Marcus Cornelius Scipio Maluginensis was praetor of the year 176 BC. In the following year he was supposed to administer a province in Spain as a propaetor , but did not take up his service there and was therefore declared in 174 BC. Reputed by the censors Aulus Postumius Albinus Luscus and Quintus Fulvius Flaccus . Another career was no longer possible.
