Marcus Porcius Marcellus

Marcus Porcius Marcellus was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 1st or 2nd century AD .

An inscription found at Luxor and dated 1/200 shows that Marcellus was prefect of the Cohors III Ituraeorum equitata .
