Margarethe von Flindt ( October 26, 1880 in Peterwardein - after 1902) was an Austrian theater actress .

Life

Flindt came from an Austro-Hungarian family of officers and devoted himself to the theater career out of love for art. She entered the drama school of the Vienna Conservatory in 1898 and was already pleasantly noticed at the drama performances of this institute due to the grace of her appearance, her sympathetic organ and the easy, easy conversation tone as "Parthenia" in Son of the Wilderness , so that at the end of the second year was invited to an audition at the Hofburgtheater and also engaged.

As "Countess Anna" in Magnetic Cures , she appeared for the first time as a member of the institute.

Her disposition pointed her to the role of the salon ladies . Right at the beginning of her Burgtheater activity she made herself known as “Ida” in the journalists and as “Edith v. Stauff ” pleasantly noticeable in Fee Caprice .

Her life after 1902 is unknown.
