Marion Claßen-Beblo

Marion Claßen-Beblo (born April 23, 1953 ) is a German lawyer who was appointed by the State of Berlin to the commission to determine the financial needs of broadcasters .

Career

education

Claßen-Beblo went to school in Berlin and studied law at the Free University of Berlin from 1973 to 1978 . She passed the first state law examination in 1978 and, after completing her legal preparatory service in the District Court of Appeal, the second state examination in 1981.

administration

In 1998, Claßen-Beblo was appointed Senate Councilor under appeal to the civil service for life in the budget department in the Senate Department for Justice. From 2002 to 2005 she was Vice President of the Tiergarten District Court in Berlin. From 2005 onwards she was Vice President of the Court of Appeal . From 2009 to 2018 she was President of the Berlin Court of Auditors .

KEF

Claßen-Beblo has been a member of the commission for determining the financial needs of broadcasters since 2012. She is a member of working group 1 for income, creditable own funds and financial equalization between the ARD stations.
