The Aberlady Market Cross is a market cross in the Scottish town of Aberlady in the East Lothian Council Area . In 1971 the building was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in the highest category A. It is also classified as a Scheduled Monument .

The structure is on the High Street ( A198 ), the main thoroughfare in the village, in the center of Aberlady. It dates from the 18th century, although the shaft was later renewed. The market cross rests on a gradually tapering foundation with a square floor plan. This consists of four steps with a total height of 1.12 m, of which the lowest has a diagonal of 2.46 m. A rectangular base with an edge length of 69 cm and a height of 58 cm sits on the foundation. A shaft with a square floor plan with a diagonal of 25 cm and a height of 1.83 m protrudes from this.
