Martin Kurschel (born January 24, 1969 in Graz , Styria ) is an Austrian entrepreneur and real estate developer . Kurschel is CEO and main shareholder of IMMOVATE Holding, one of the largest Austrian real estate companies.

Career

Kurschel is a trained mechanical engineer and industrial technician. In 1991, at the age of 22, he restructured RASANT GmbH, an insolvent company that specialized in the development, production and sale of agricultural and municipal vehicles. In 1998 he sold his majority stake to a Swiss company and devoted himself to the real estate industry. In 2000 he founded IMMOVATE, of which he is the main shareholder and CEO to this day. The real estate company, based in Graz and Vienna, has implemented projects with a total investment volume of billions, making it one of the most important in Austria.
