Master (Law)

A Masters in Court Organization of England and Wales is a legal profession in the Chancery Division and the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court , which assists the judge in civil litigation. The profession has its origins in the 12th century in the Court of Chancery and has merged over time with various other auxiliary professions at court. His task today is to hear motions and to prepare procedural details and to accompany a later execution of the judgment.
