Mauro Navillod is a former Italian biathlete .
At the Junior World Championships in 1989 in Voss, Mauro Navillod won the silver medal alongside Elmar Mutschlechner and Edmund Zitturi in the team competition behind the GDR team. The Italian team had to share this with the representations of Czechoslovakia and Finland. In addition, he was third behind Holger Schönthier and Johannes Hackl in the first ever European Biathlon Cup . After his active time he started to work for the Italian Association.
