The Penicuik Mausoleum is a mausoleum in the Scottish city ​​of Penicuik in the Midlothian Council Area . Together with the associated church, the mausoleum is listed as a Scheduled Monument . A former inclusion in the Scottish monument lists in the highest category A has been withdrawn.

John Clerk, 1st Baronet , built the building in 1684 for his late wife, Elizabeth Henderson . It later served as a burial place for the entire Clerk family.

The structure is in the cemetery of St Kentigern's Church in the south of Penicuik. It is a building with a square floor plan that ends with a pyramid roof . This rests on a grooved cornice . The masonry consists of sandstone blocks . On the west side there is a small window in the outer wall. An ornamented plaque is attached to the north side. Another with a Latin inscription and the year is located on the south side. The interior has a vaulted ceiling .
