Max Beier (born January 21, 1993 in Munich ) is a German actor and cabaret artist .

Life

Max Beier grew up as the son of cabaret artists Jan-Peter Petersen and Angelika Beier in Munich and Hamburg and graduated from high school in 2011 at the St. Anna-Gymnasium in Munich.

From 2012 to 2015 he completed his acting training at the New Munich Drama School. Also in 2015 he obtained his acting diploma from the Kammerspiele Vienna.

During their training, Beier and his colleague David Hang formed the cabaret duo Beier & Hang, whose programs have won several awards. Her first full-length program “Dirty Laundry” premiered in February 2016. As of 2019, Beier & Hang will be on stage with their second program “Crazy Optimization - Are you still alive or are you already working?”.

After theater engagements in Spring Awakening (2012) and Krabat (2013), Beier hosted Campus Magazin together with David Hang from 2014 to 2017 on Bavarian television and in 2016 played an unsolved episode of Aktenzeichen XY on ZDF.

From episode 2945 (2018) to episode 3231 (2019) Beier was part of Tobias Saalfeld, b. Ehrlinger , for the main cast of the ARD telenovela Sturm der Liebe .

In the comedy Casimir and Caucasus! by Francis Veber he will play Henri in 2020.
