The Menhir Ilso de Lodos (also called Menhir de Alto de Guriezo) is a Neolithic menhir that stands near the municipality of Guriezo in Cantabria , Spain . It stands diagonally in the mountains of the Guriezo Valley, more than 500 meters above sea level and about ten kilometers from the coast and serves as a boundary stone between the municipalities of Ampuero , Guriezo and Rasines .

It is a limestone menhir with a length of 1.86 m and is part of the megalithic complex of Alto de Lodos, which includes a dolmen and another menhir. In the north are the megaliths of Hayas-Alto de Guriezo with two other menhirs and various burial mounds.

In 1994, 144 megalithic structures were recorded in Cantabria, 13 of which were menhirs.

On the hill Hoyo Menor nearby is the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves .
