Nehru Park metro station

The metro station Nehru Park ( Tamil : நேரு பூங்கா ) is an underground subway station of Chennai Metro . It is served by the Green Line .

The Nehru Park metro station is located below the Nehru Park green area on EVR Periyar Salai (Poonamallee High Road) on the border between the Chetpet and Egmore districts . It has a central platform with platform screen doors . The Nehru Park metro station was opened on May 14, 2017 as the temporary terminus of the green line.
