Michael Beil

Michael Beil (* 1963 in Stuttgart ) is a German composer of contemporary music.

Life

Michael Beil studied piano, composition and composition in Stuttgart from 1984 to 1993, and from 1996 to 2007 he taught at the Berlin music schools in Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Michael Beil has directed the Klangwerkstatt festival in Berlin since 2000. In 2007 he was appointed head of the electronic studio at the Cologne University of Music .

Michael Beil combines his works with other audiovisual media beyond music.
