Michael Gregorio

Michael Gregorio is the pseudonym of the British-Italian writer couple Michael G. Jakob and Daniela De Gregorio , derived from the first name of one and the last name of the other. They live in Spoleto , Italy and have been married since 1980.

Their first novel together, Critique of Criminal Reason , takes place in Koenigsberg during the Napoleonic Wars . This historical detective novel is the first volume by its protagonist Hanno Stiffeniis and has been published in 22 countries. Shortly after its appearance it was u. a. Elected to the top ten of the Italian bestseller list.
