Michael James Northley (born March 24, 1987 ) is a New Zealand track and road cyclist .
Michel Northley won the junior class bronze medal in scratch and silver in single pursuit at the Oceania Games 2004 in Melbourne. In the elite class he won gold in the team pursuit. In the 2007 season he was second in the Tour of Southland and third in the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge. Northley has been driving Land Rover-Orbea for the US Continental Team since 2009 .
