Michel Servoz is a French lawyer and senior advisor on robotics, artificial intelligence and future European labor law at the European Political Strategy Center . From 2014 to 2018 he was Director General of the Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Union.

Servoz studied law and political science. From 1978 to 1980 he was professor of law at the University of Lyon . He then held a judge's office in Lyon until 1985 and was then Deputy Secretary General at the Court of Cassation in Paris until 1988. In 1989 he moved to the European Commission, initially in the Directorate-General for External Relations. After holding various positions, he was appointed Director General of the Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion in February 2014.
