Military Supply Court
After the First World War, military supply courts were a special form of administrative jurisdiction for the judicial clarification of pension claims of war invalids .
With the ordinance on the change in the procedure in military supply matters of February 1, 1919, the military supply courts and at the top the Reich military supply court were created. War invalids could sue the military supply courts against the decision of the military administrative authorities. An appeal against the decisions of the military supply courts was possible at the Reich Military Supply Court. The military supply courts were set up at the respective upper insurance offices. President of the Reich Military Supply Court was Paul Kaufmann , who also headed the Reich Insurance Office.
In 1922 the Reich Military Supply Court was replaced by the Reich Supply Court.
