Minister mentor
Minister Mentor ( chin .: 内阁 资 政) is a cabinet post created in 2004 especially for Lee Kuan Yew in the cabinet of the Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong .
Prior to that, Lee Kuan Yew held the post of Senior Minister from 1990 to 2004 .

Lee Kuan Yew resigned from the post after the 2011 Singaporean general election, in which the ruling PAP performed unusually poorly. This eliminated the post of Minister Mentor.
